Meet The Team
Lisa Krygsveld
PADI IDC Staff Instructor, EFR First Aid Instructor Trainer, IICA Visual Inspector Technician, Brewer of fine beers
Lisa started diving in the spring of 1994 while stationed as an Airforce pilot on the Base in Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada. After diving in as many lakes as she could find, Lisa moved to Toronto, Ontario in 1997 and since then has been diving all over Ontario including the great lakes and especially in the St Lawrence River.
Lisa is a Port Inspection Diver with HMCS York of the Royal Canadian Navy Reserves. She also teaches health and safety to the 4th busiest transit agency in North America, Toronto Transit Commission.
Jillian Gobrecht
PADI Assistant Instructor
Jill started diving in 2010 in Thailand and since then she has visited many dive locations around the world.
Jill is comfortable being in the shadow of the great Lisa and is humbled in her presence. Even though Jill is probably a better diver, she consistently reminds Lisa of what a wonderful person Lisa is and what a pleasure it is to dive with her.
This writeup was done exclusively by Jillian and not, I repeat NOT by Lisa at all!
Jill has a passion for the water and is a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. She also had a brief stint as a Port Inspection Diver with the Royal Canadian Navy Reserves. When not diving, circumstances force her to work for a rather large distribution centre as their IT Manager!
